At ATC Tea, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We take great care in ensuring that every product reaches you in perfect condition. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund and return policy below.

Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or replacement under the following conditions:

• Wrong product delivered
• Damaged or tampered packaging
• Expired or defective product

To be eligible for a return, please ensure:

• The product is unused and in its original packaging
• You contact us within 3 days of delivery
• You provide clear photo/video evidence of the issue

❌ Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and food safety standards, the following cannot be returned or refunded:

• Opened tea packs or used products
• Products without original packaging
• Orders placed on discount/sale (unless defective)

🔄 Replacement & Refund Process

1. Contact us at info@atctea.in with order details and issue description

2. Our team will review and verify the request within 2–3 business days

If approved:

• Replacement will be dispatched at no extra cost
• Refund (if applicable) will be processed via the original payment method within 7–10 business days

🚚 Return Shipping

• In case of a valid return, we will coordinate pickup through our delivery partners
• If you ship the item back yourself, please retain proof of shipment

ℹ️ Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing them or before dispatch (whichever comes first).
